The Team Satisfaction Index (“TSI,” “we,” “us”) is operated by [Legal Business Name] (“the operator”), of [business address], on behalf of the automotive dealership that invited you to take part. We can be reached at contact@tsigrowth.com or [phone].
This policy explains what information TSI collects when you receive and respond to our quarterly text-message check-in, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any information from your device.
We use this information solely to operate the TSI feedback program: to send you the quarterly check-in, record your answers, and combine them with everyone else’s into an anonymized, department-level report for your dealership’s leadership.
Your individual answers are never shown to your dealership. Responses are aggregated by department and only reported when enough people in a department have answered. Your name, mobile number, and the exact words of any written follow-up are removed before anything reaches the dealership. Written follow-ups are summarized into themes that cannot be traced back to you.
STOP. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.HELP, or contact us at contact@tsigrowth.com.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or any information you send us.
We use trusted third-party service providers strictly to deliver the program — for example, to send and receive text messages, to securely store the final report, and to process written follow-ups into anonymized themes. These providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
Some of these providers are located in the United States, so your information may be processed or stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Identifiable information (your mobile number and raw answers) is retained only as long as needed to produce the quarter’s report, after which it is deleted or de-identified within 90 days after the end of each quarterly cycle. Anonymized, aggregated results may be retained to show trends over time, but these cannot be linked back to you.
We protect your information with access controls and a strict separation between the system that holds identifiable responses and the system that produces reports, so that no report can surface an individual’s answer, name, or number.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws), you may request access to the
personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to participate.
To make a request, contact privacy@tsigrowth.com. Withdrawing consent
(or replying STOP) will not affect your employment in any way.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
