The Team Satisfaction Index (“TSI”) is a quarterly team-feedback check-in delivered by text message, operated by [Legal Business Name] on behalf of participating automotive dealerships. Each quarter you receive a short conversation: five 1-to-5 rating questions and an optional written follow-up. Your answers are anonymized and aggregated into a department-level report for your dealership’s leadership — never shown individually. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are enrolled by your employer, and you provide consent to receive these text messages before the first message is sent. Participation is voluntary. Choosing not to take part, or opting out later, has no effect on your employment.
Messaging is recurring, on the order of once per quarter. Within a check-in you’ll exchange several messages as you answer the questions; outside of that window you will not receive messages from us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TSI does not charge you anything to take part.
