Team Satisfaction Index

A satisfaction score for the people who work there.

Dealerships track customer satisfaction every month. TSI does the same for the team — a quarterly, anonymous read on how people experience leadership, coaching, and growth. Five questions by text. The raw answers never reach the dealership.

What it measures

Five questions. Five reasons people stay.

One question per dimension, each rated one to five. Together they describe whether someone feels set up to do good work — and seen while they do it.

01 · Clarity

Clarity

Whether expectations are clear — people know what good looks like in their role.

02 · Development

Development

Whether feedback actually helps — coaching that makes someone better, not just busier.

03 · Agency

Agency

Whether people have a say — especially when change lands on them.

04 · Future

Future

Whether there's a path forward — room to grow in the role, or beyond it.

05 · Trust

Trust

Whether someone has their back — a leader in their corner when it counts.

How it works

A minute and a half a quarter. One report at the end.

1

The text goes out

Once a quarter, every team member who's opted in gets a single text. No app, no login, no account.

2

Five taps

Five short questions, rated one to five — plus an optional note when something scores low. About ninety seconds.

3

Answers are sealed and combined

Responses are anonymized and aggregated by department. Anything too small to stay anonymous is withheld, not shown.

4

The principal gets the read

The dealer principal receives a five-page report — scores, trends, and themes by department. Never a single person's raw answer.

The anonymity guarantee

Anonymity isn't a promise. It's the architecture.

Most feedback tools ask you to trust a privacy policy. TSI is built so the dealership couldn't see a single person's answers even if it wanted to. Individual responses sit behind a wall that only one thing can cross: aggregated, department-level results.

01

No raw answers leave

Names, numbers, and individual ratings never appear in anything the dealership receives. There is no screen, export, or report that shows them.

02

Small groups stay hidden

If a department is too small to report without identifying someone, it's held back entirely — never partially shown.

03

Comments are themed, then reviewed

Low-score notes are summarized into themes with identifying detail removed, and a person reviews every one before it can appear. Verbatim text is never published.
